About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Audio Enhancer Ai at audioenhancerai.net, including audio enhancement, accounts, and billing. The service is operated by Xiaoming Qian, an individual operator. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information is handled; accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you need a parent or guardian's permission under applicable law, you must obtain it before using the service. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it.

Provide accurate account information, safeguard your sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Local and Cloud Audio Processing

Free enhancement processes audio in your browser on your device, with a limit of 10 minutes per file. In this mode, we do not upload your selected audio or the enhanced result to our servers for processing. Loading the website still involves ordinary network requests.

Pro enhancement requires an account and available processing time. Audio is uploaded to cloud storage and processed through third-party AI infrastructure. Pro files may be up to 300 MB each. See our Privacy Policy for cloud file access and retention details.

Enhancement results depend on the recording and may contain artifacts, distortions, or lost details. Review results before using or publishing them. Keep your own copies of source files and downloaded results; the service is not a permanent backup service.

Processing Time, Payments, and Refund Requests

Where purchasing is available, Pro processing time is sold as a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Current standard packages are Starter: USD 4.99 for 20 minutes; Creator: USD 14.99 for 120 minutes; and Studio: USD 39.99 for 400 minutes. Purchased processing time does not expire. Applicable taxes, discounts, currency, and the total payable are shown at checkout. A displayed package does not mean checkout is currently available.

Each Pro task uses one unit of processing time per second of source audio, rounded up to the next whole second, with a minimum charge of 15 seconds per task. For example, a 10-second file uses 15 seconds, and a 60.2-second file uses 61 seconds. Time is reserved when a task is created and settled when it succeeds. Failed tasks restore the deducted processing time; this is a credit restoration, not a cash refund. Active tasks cannot currently be canceled or deleted through the service.

Processing time is for service use and is not cash, transferable money, or a financial product. For duplicate charges, missing purchased time, failed restorations, or a refund request, email us with your account email and transaction or task reference. Do not send full card details. We review requests under the purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. Changes to package prices apply to future purchases and do not reduce time already purchased.

Intellectual Property and Your Content

Our website, branding, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

You retain your rights in audio you lawfully submit and in the enhanced results, to the extent rights exist under applicable law. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, and make your cloud files available to you and the necessary service providers solely to deliver the requested service, maintain security, address support requests, and meet legal obligations. This license does not authorize unrelated advertising, public promotion, or general AI model training using your audio.

You must have the rights, permissions, and any legally required consent to process recordings, including the voices and personal information of other people. Enhancement does not grant rights in a recording you did not already have.

Prohibited Use and Enforcement

You must not use the service for unlawful recordings, infringement, deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, hateful or illegal content, non-consensual intimate material, or sexual content involving minors. Do not use it for unlawful surveillance or profiling, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, or bypass safety and security controls. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides further details.

We may refuse tasks, restrict access, remove content, or suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to address a material violation, suspected fraud, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Relevant data may be reviewed using automated tools, service providers, or human review where needed. Contact us if you believe a decision is mistaken.

Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to address the issue. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require action without advance notice. Suspension or termination does not remove any refund or consumer rights required by law. If we permanently discontinue a paid service, we will provide notice where practicable and address unused purchased time as required by applicable law.

Account Closure and File Deletion

You can request account closure through account settings or by contacting us. Delete completed cloud tasks from your task history before closing your account, or contact us to request deletion of associated stored files. Account deletion alone does not necessarily remove every stored audio file or records that must be retained for legal purposes. Download anything you wish to keep first.

Availability and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular enhancement result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of the service.

These limitations do not exclude liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or other mandatory protections.

Disputes and Changes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a service or billing issue. These Terms do not prevent you from exercising rights under mandatory applicable law, seeking a remedy from a competent court, or contacting a regulator.

We will publish updates with a revised date. Material changes will be notified through the website or, where appropriate, email before they take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security issue. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
