No. Pro processing time is a one-time purchase, with no recurring charge or automatic renewal. Choose a package when you need more time.
Does purchased processing time expire?
No. Unused purchased time stays in your account until you use it. You can spread a package across different recordings and come back to the rest later.
How much time does each recording use?
Pro uses time based on the length of the audio you process, rounded up to the next whole second, with a 15-second minimum per job. A 5-minute recording uses 5 minutes of your balance. Processing the same file again is a new job and uses time again.
What happens if enhancement fails?
If a Pro enhancement job fails, the processing time deducted for that job is returned to your balance automatically. That restores your processing time; it is not a refund of your package purchase.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free runs on your device, needs no account, and works with recordings up to 10 minutes. Pro offers higher-quality online enhancement with no audio duration limit and up to 300 MB per file. Pro requires an account and enough purchased time for your recording.
Do the paid packages offer different enhancement quality?
All paid packages use the same Pro enhancement. The difference is how much processing time you buy and the price per minute. Choose based on the total length of the recordings you want to process.
Which files can I enhance?
You can start with MP3, WAV, M4A, or AAC audio. For a video project, use its separate audio recording. Preview the enhanced result before downloading it.
Should I try it before buying?
Yes. Try the free enhancer with a short recording to explore the workflow. Free and Pro use different enhancement methods, so the results can differ. Cleanup also depends on your original recording; heavily distorted or missing speech may not be recoverable.
